Minu
One person builds and runs Minu. You will get a reply from a human.
Usually a day or two. Include what phone you are on, roughly when the meeting was recorded, and what you expected to happen.
Please do not email recordings or transcripts. They contain other people's voices, and I do not need them to help you.
Somebody in the roster has not agreed yet, or the notice has not been marked as read aloud. The button says which — it never just sits there inert. If someone has refused, that is final: there is no override, and removing them from the list will not unblock it.
On Android, your phone's battery manager probably killed it. Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo and Samsung are all aggressive about this. Find Minu in Settings → Apps → Battery and set it to Unrestricted or exempt it from optimisation. Nothing the app can do fixes this from inside.
Open it again. Everything up to the last few minutes was already saved, and if everyone had agreed aloud you will be offered Write the notes. Recordings are written in short sealed pieces precisely so a crash cannot take the whole meeting.
Add the correct spelling in Settings → Words to get right and future notes will use it. That fixes the notes, not the transcript — the transcript stays exactly as it was heard, because it is the record of what happened and correcting it would hide what Minu actually got wrong.
Tap its timestamp and hear the moment it came from. If the model got it wrong, edit the note — Minu keeps what the model originally wrote as its own version, so nothing is lost and you can always go back to it.
Minutes are used when a meeting becomes notes, never while recording. Your audio is safe on the phone and waits until you have minutes again. Deleting a meeting refunds its minutes.
Subscriptions are held by Apple and Google, not by Minu. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — there is no cancel button in the app because the app does not hold the subscription. Refunds go through them too, under their policies. Write to me anyway and I will help where I can.
Recordings and notes live on the phone, so they do not follow you automatically. Restore your purchase with Settings → Restore. If backup was switched on, the encryption key was held in the old phone's secure storage and did not leave it — which means those backups cannot be recovered. That is the cost of the server not being able to read them, and it is deliberate.
Ask whoever made the recording first. It is on their phone, they decided to record, and they can delete it in a few seconds — the app makes that deliberately easy.

If you believe Minu is being used to record people without their agreement, write to me with whatever detail you can give. Recording without everyone's authorisation is a criminal offence under RA 4200 and it is against the terms of use.
